WOMEN AND GIRLS ORGANISATION:

This body deserves our sincere commendation; they have really done God proud, under the able leadership of Mrs. Foluso Atere. Our women and girls have done great and marvelous things, many of their activities in the year include a Glorious Conference, retreats, Quiet time, At Jesus feet, Wave of prayers etc.

I want to appreciate their missionary outreaches to Tigbo-Ilu, Mosan, Itele and Adeleye. In all these programmes there were testimonies of many that were brought to Jesus Christ. We want to on behalf of this organization thank our medical team for attending to the medical problems of people of the community visited by the women and Girls Organization. We have released to the Women & Girl’s Organization the piece of land behind the 1842 building at the Cathedral premises for the construction of block of ten to twenty luck-up shops this is part of the women vision of empowering the women and youths of the Diocese. The good Lord will provide the fund.
